Added gears to the fixed-gear-turned-singlespeed, don't have room for a proper roadbike, so this will be used for both commuting and for road and gravel riding. Still need to shorten the chain, as it's in the second largest cog in this pic. Bit of a bodge job overall as it doesn't have anything in the way of cable stops.
Up next is finding a better solution for bottle cages, undecided between drilling for rivnuts or cable clamps.
