The frame is carbon but the dropout is probably aluminium. Epoxy is just soft plastic. It only works when mixed with a fibre such as GRP, carbon or Kevlar. Plain epoxy will wear away in minutes. It’ll need a proper repair.
Wear away after minutes of wear, maybe. But it won't have to withstand any wear as the QR is not moving for 99.999% of the time.
