Love, death and robots is a bit odd....
Definitely hit and miss with the episodes but generally enjoyable. Animation quality is excellent.
Interesting to see netflix heading in the very nsfw direction.

they occasionally get some weird animation stuff on there, devilman was essentially monster/tentacle porn. I actually logged onto my account online to remove it from my watch history after first episode so it didn't impact my recommendations.
I enjoyed the zuma blue episode of LD&R and thought the animation quality on each episode was incredibly well done but otherwise it wasn't all that engaging and ended up just being background noise while i did something else.
not sure what was going on with the direct rip off of black mirror's intro thingy either.

Devilman you say?

best thing on TV since Detectorists
indeed

Thought it was good. Would be boring if we were all the same and liked the same things. Nothing better than the detectorists though. My fave show ever.
I thought fleabag series 1 was shite on the other hand. Found her talking to the camera really annoying. Killing Eve however (which she wrote) was absolutely brilliant though.

Watched the Ricky Gervais thing
I was totally triggered by the fact that he thinks a person that works on a free paper can live in that house & can afford a therapist. He’d be the Guy in the garage. And then there’s v-neck t-shirt dress that he wears. Ok it’s 2019 people are gender fluid etc but what’s that about?
The supporting cast held it together though

Haha good points. Particularly the one about the house. But it's bloody tele, bit of escapism. You don't watch stranger things and question the viability or physics of the upside down. You just enjoy the interaction of the characters.
And I could relate to his character (cynical middle aged git) struggling to find the positives in this increasingly benile world.
Also agree about the supporting cast making it. Diane Morgan always good. And I'll never look at Roisin Conaty the same way again... She was great.

Roisin Conaty
Me and Mrs EB were like.... damnmm...

I thought it was a bold move for him to set all the office scenes in the 1970s.

Anyone interested in an LG 4k TV? It's one of these...
Purchased 1 year ago and in perfect working order (not a mark on it). Only thing i can't locate is the screws for the stand as it was wall mounted at home. Stand is included but needs a couple of M4 screws to put it together.
£200 delivered in SE or collected.
Moving in less than two weeks so need it gone ASAP.
