  • Well spotted, the brakes are TRP's RG957's (long drop) and the frame is designed for 'normal' (mid-reach?). My 6800 calipers were too close for the 28 wide tyres so the TRP's had to be fitted, I did expect the frame to take long drops though. Having said all that they work really well, surprisingly good bite.

  • strange for a frame designed for mudguards to have normal brakes, it should be those TRPs with pads vertically in the 2nd half of the slot

  • also R8000 will have better clearance than 6800
