No it’s not, Vauxhall voted 77.6% to remain.

Can you provide a primary source? Did you check mine?

Edit: Remember voting was not by constituency, but by borough, so remapping to constituency needs adding up counts from individual wards.

Edit 2: at this point I really should have rechecked the numbers...
