Another vote for Haglofs. I've got the LIM Essen and it packs down ridiculously small.
Just got one of these. A fantastically small pack size and great all round jacket at first impression. It packs down half the size of any other jacket I've owned.
I got online for ~100 from Keller Sports with discount codes. A lot more than Uniqlo or Decathalon, but probably smaller pack size and traceable down.
