Great hood, packs into its own pocket, super light. Just the right balance.

Looking for a down jacket with a small pack size I can use for stops on cold overnight rides. i.e. fixing a puncture or having to rest in a public loo at 3am on a silly audax like last weekend.
Rapha Explore jacket at 220 seems pricey. What else should I be looking at that I can stuff and have in the caradice. Similarly any other half sleeping bags like rapha's I should look at?
