I have one of these, use it for casual commutes on cold days. It is ok for £60 but it isn't water or wind proof so keep that in mind, and not super breathable either. Pack size is ok but not 'down to an orange' like the Rapha jacket is.

It is windproof, and dwr thingy treated which is about as good as most of this type of jacket will get. Won't be ruined by a soaking like down could be either.
Breathability shouldn't be issue for @motoko if it's for wearing when stopped.
Pack size isn't tiny but there's plenty of 'give' that could compress down further, although I haven't done this yet.
Been really impressed with mine, you might be able to tell!
