I think it’s helpful to point out the differences. I see posts here relating to people with queries when buying watches, is there any difference? There was a Longines posted recently with the wrong hands.

Real watch with (period incorrect) replaced hands != fake.

Counterfeit watch with counterfeit box and papers = fake.

I understand that but it’s useful for people to point these things out. It would put me off buying off eBay etc as I have no knowledge of these things.
