Let me tell you about Axa.
They've had my Volvo for over 5 months now... and to my knowledge work hasn't even started.
They're so effing inept.
I've been meaning to add an Axa Sucks post to the home page of LFGSS for a while now because I'm so incandescent with rage at them. But also feel so despondent about it all that I can't even face writing the thing.
