To add - he can barely move. He hasn't given a speech in public since about 2013 when he had a stroke that nearly killed him. He changed the constitution to allow for a fourth term which he won in 2014 (despite the stroke and basically not being seen or heard in public) with 80 something per cent of the vote.
He has magnanimously decided not to stand for a fifth term. However, he has decided to stay on indefinitely in the fourth.
