ROI has actually made great strides lately [abortion/lgbt], though their direct provision asylum system is really poor from a human rights POV and the Dublin housing crisis may also breach HR.
But I may miss something, I'm more aware of NI (unfortunately hah) what bad stuff has ROI done?
