If the flats are RC then most of the walls will be non structural. Theres a chance (slim) that there may be shear walls which ARE structural. As a rule of thumb, the shear wall will seem way more sturdy than the others in the flat. Always worth getting a surveyor / engineer to have a look.
I've been told that as the flat is reinforced concrete, none of the walls are structural but I could have been given duff info.
Judging by the size and shape of the specific wall I want to partially knock down, it's definitely not load bearing.
Does anyone have specific experience getting freeholder approval from hackney council?
