maybe I've been lucky with mine as the only problem I've had is the syncing up. the GPS is good enough to track quite well and does a good job when engaged onvtrackjng runs and cycling . only lost time once. Agree about the customer service. also was a lucky as got it half price.
but now there must be better and cheaper options any one tried the Samsung smart watches.
