Just wondering, really - I like the idea of the corrosion resistance, but as bike+rider are north of 100 kg the weight savings wouldn't justify the expense, especially for my utility/hack use case! (& I prefer the aesthetics of the steel fork.)

You'd really need to abuse the Brompton and not get it serviced for a decades before you may get some corrosion.
Bear in mind Brompton paint are very tough.
And ED coated internally!
