E63 estate plans on hold as new house rental has really small drive.

anything with same performance around GOLF size (GOLF GTIs seem surprisingly non-fast anymore) :-( ???? anyone had any experience of small fast audi's ????

Friend has an S4 Avant. It's very capable, but my god it is boring.

Likewise, mum has an A4 Avant 2.0 TFSi (highest spec below S4 I think?) and it does everything but it's not a fun car in any way.

340i estate is a fun car by comparison.

If you have a bork fund, an E90 M3 saloon?
