So sandblast is that kind of grainy finish which can be seen on most high end rims, like Easton, pacenti and the like.
Matt Black doesn't have the grainy structure. Hunt is matt black, for lack of reference.

What about compared to DT rims? Would sandblast or matte be a better fit? Thinking of building a wheelset with XR31T for the front and DT RR521DB for the rear.
