I've been told that as the flat is reinforced concrete, none of the walls are structural but I could have been given duff info.
Judging by the size and shape of the specific wall I want to partially knock down, it's definitely not load bearing.
Does anyone have specific experience getting freeholder approval from hackney council?
If it's a load-bearing wall you will need a structural engineer to do the drawings for it, and to get building regulations approval for it.
If it's just a partition wall then just get a big hammer.
