  • the chain tensioner looks slightly out of line

    Hmmmm, I think mine looks a bit pissed, although could be my eyes. Back-pedalling to get the crank out the way for the fold, the tensioner won’t hold down, just rises up. The jockey wheels are clean and smooth, and the bearings in the hub are also fine. Would a bent tensioner do this?

  • Check the DR chain pusher limit screws are correct or the pusher plates sit into the tensioner wheel and stop it moving round nicely

  • Found that cleaning the tensioner, but then mine was caked in crud.

    Rear sprocket wise I just use the SA ones on an SA hub. Do the Sram hubs use the same pattern. They are cheap enough.

  • Those are all fine, sadly.
