So I ordered a bike online, and the rear wheel is pretty much a write off and can't be trued to perfect.
I've been in contact and the customer services have said they can see about discounting new wheelset for me. I'm still arguing this, as they should be replacing the wheelset, not discounting another set for me to buy.
Current wheel set on my summer bike is DT Swiss r470 disc, and the retailer I bought the bike from only carries Roval. The closest I could see as a replacement would be Roval SLX 24 Disc.
Never had Roval wheels before, how do they compare?
Ideally I'd be after DT Swiss again, but not fully set on them.
Stand your ground, if the wheel you want is like for like, and available, then that is your right as a consumer, if not available, then an equivalent quality/value will be what your after.
