I was going to pull up @WornCleat and the TS about this, but my point wasn’t to put the boot into kepa, and how much he cost, I could have used Alisson as a similar example.
But to point out how good World Cup winner and captain of France (despite the myopic Chelsea fans dismissal of this achievement) is as a keeper and what a steal he was at the time, and still is.
He’s not even in the top ten most expensive keeper transfers. Bernd Leo and Jordan Pickford, cost more than him.
