It's just a 2nd hand seat from a stroller. Helps with the sun and rain but the kid will still get wet though which is not a big deal. Cheap and easy solution if you wanna strap in on and remove it later. I'm at work but can send you a pic of a more elegant solution I've seen online when I get home.

Looks great. This is pretty much how I envisage my Long Harry turning out. What child seat is that, off a buggy? I was originally going to bolt up a car seat but I want a pull over rain cover/canopy like that.
