That looks fixable, you do need a good bike shop to do it though.
For myself I would probably initially squeeze it in a vice and then use a g clamp to align it, if using a "home" fix.
Pretty much my thoughts re vice it but I’d then use a hanger alignment tool.
Am just north of Gloucester if you want to a hand with it.
Cheers! I have tried contact e-mail Argos racing cycles, haven't heard anything back yet though. Hoping it can be an easy fix for them.
