It’s gone up a fair bit since you posted it olly. But still reckon awesome. And for your little need there will be lots of smiles.
Would love to have something like this. But living in London zone 2 is kinda overkill.

It is totally awesome. But, for my ‘needs’ I think a swb series Landrover 2.25 petrol is a better fit. Galvanised chassis ideally but oily rag mechanicals. Much less useful tool admittedly, but in the long run parts availability and support better. Also I prefer to blend in these days!
Edit: and no real need for a tipper.
