I barely used the original blade, maybe 20 cuts on 2x4's when making my shed? I switched it to a fine tooth blade from Saxton shortly after. Will put the original blade back on for the sale.
Evolution do a specific finer tooth blade for wood. Wish I'd bought that one. The Saxton needed a reduced ring to sit on the evolution arbour which is a bit of faff.
Re kids, don't say that, I do like the diy stuff despite my moaning.

Is it just the one multipurpose blade? If so how much life is left in it, and are there specific replacement blades?
