@fixedPIl Since it's not a trunk road, it's not a Highways Agency road and therefore falls under the jurisdiction of the local authority (Essex). Hopefully they've forwarded it on though.
The Dunwich Dynamo is highly unlikely to change route - you'd have more luck herding cats.
