It will still use the chain tensioner, although without as much slack in the chain. It’s still a work in progress, but others have managed it so i’m Optimistic.
Regarding the wheel, Brick Lane Bikes had to do a special order for the hub (keirin spacing) and the rim (Velocity A23). The rim’s supposedly tubeless ready, so i’m Going to try it with a Kojak. Someone on the web managed it with Marathons, so again, i’m Optimistic.
I am still trying to forget how much that one wheel cost me.
