I have an old 531c Raleigh frame I've done nothing with for 10 years which I now want to do something with. So questions:
1. Any recommendations for a London bike shop to remove one of the bottom bracket cups which probably hasn't been off in 35 years?
2. Is there a go to 10 speed group? Thinking 5700.

Nice frame. If you fancy classic downtube shifter look, the Dura Ace 10sp indexed downtube shifters work really well (but are quite expensive!)
