And having looked at the pic, yes that matches your original pic for sure, the old grey matter still works fine fella, and the legs are clearly still turning over too, revisiting the same spot 39 years later, good work :)

Why are you so interested in the exact location of the telecomms cabinet mate? And why no 'proper' LFGSS handle? Seems odd. You are obviously not a troll!
My visit today was entirely serendipitous. Was riding back from an excursion down to Staines along the Thames, profiting by the exceptional weather. My route from home (Kilburn) routinely takes me past that spot in Westbourne Park (where I used to live). I would be a richer man by far had I had not sold my house there.
And yes, fortunately my legs are still fully operational.
Your third picture is the location of my original shot with the pink Cedric Clayson on c.1980, in Shrewsbury Road W2. I came past today and took a snap. Compare and contrast!
