All in all doing pretty well, thanks for asking. Doing 30-40 min sessions on the turbo, doing a range of weirdo strength exercises and stretches which are definitely helping. Not actually tried cycling outside yet. I think I can maybe attempt a commute next week. Mental health is good, altho I don't really want to talk about missing HDIJ and the fixie Peaks trip weepingemoji
All that being said it hasn't stopped me from buying a new bike (hello used Brompton). Anyway my guess is maybe Roydon for summer solstice, but 5 Hills at the end of March I don't think is going to happen.
Can we get a leg/state of mind update?
Any prognosis on when you might be rolling again?
