I haven't got the widest experience on the matter but that's rather good value compared to the small scale high end watch makers I know. I've always factored about £25k for a simple hand made movement watch.
The chap I know best starts at 23k euros for a manual wind which normally takes him about two months to make. Up to a year full time for something with complications.
