Thanks, it has been a daily wearer for 6 years or more, even though I have 2 or 3 other watches...probably closer to 30 in fact :)

Very nice. I tried that exact model on, it’s great. What made you go for the blue, out of all the colours they do? I thought the sunburst was lovely but I wasn’t sure about the green dots. But then I’m coming from the point of view of never having owned a Rolex so I’d probably choose something very conservative and predictable.

I tried on the white dial and its lush but I got a good deal on this one. I had a thing for the rhodium dial but now going back to it, it feels a bit bland. Initially the pips were toooo green but turns out they not as pronounced irl but the sunburst is moar lovely.

About time. After you'd pointed out the watch to me.
You have a thin wrist though...

One of two new Seiko’s to tide my appetite until a Grand Seiko comes into my life... Bracelet is lovely. Very comfy indeed. 1969 Lordmatic 5606-7080.

Where did you get a deal? New or pre owned...?
I know the white one is flavour of the month but I think it can make the watch look a bit big. Do like a nice sunray. Cracking watch, grats.

Thanks! /r/watchexchange. $165. Can't beat it.
If I can get a SBGH267 at some point, that'd be good. The dial is just mental and the colour is discrete enough to wear with most things, whereas the peacock dial really is a bit over the top. Or an SBGA375 for something even more discrete. Or even, at the opposite end of the spectrum, an SBGR253. No frills. Great value. Beautiful finishing and display case back and the 37mm size fits me very well indeed...
Sharks with frikken lazerz on their heads...
Obvs.
