This is a very personal thing but I find it funny how a gravel/adventure bike is seemingly enhanced by the addition of a bag, but a road bike looks worse.
That frame bag is not carrying overnight equipment, it's probably enough storage for an all day ride. If you were doing the same ride on road the "porn" aesthetic would be no saddle bag, all equipment and food/gels in your pockets.
Exactly.
And you start the ride with to much stuff on and end up with jersey pockets spilling over with stuff.
Unless of course you're well experienced and a real roadie then you like freezing your ass off for 45 Minutes at the start of a winter ride.
