Seems like a good place to ask: can I buy something like an extender/dropper bracket to lower the mudguard bridge, as I have a hefty gap between fork crown and wheel? Or would this require some fettling?

Apologies if this is a stupid question. I'm not having much luck with searches.

If you need some kind of doohickey your answer is almost always on SJS

Glad to hear this is known, we go for all the spares and odd bits and bobs to keep people going / make stuff work!
