Ha, I have those ones. They're less good if you stand on them in the gym (although to give them their dues, they are still working despite that)!
I was actually going to post here to see what other recommendations people had for gym headphones as I want to upgrade

For me, designs like apple earbuds just do not grip at all, I have quite a wide channel where the stem sits.
In ear tips are also sometimes uncomfortable, or lose grip, but I find with the fins I can use a smaller tip and still the headphones stay in.
