It all depends how tough the National is on Saturday!
Did my first 20 of the marathon campaign in Saturday morning. Am still feeling it a bit today having only done easy running on grass and trails since. Track session tomorrow, 70 minutes on Wednesday and then its time to focus on Leeds - I'm looking forward to it.
Popped out for a gentle 5 miles round the park. Legs felt good, fitness hadn't totally evaporated, and I didn't splutter my lungs onto the pavement. Maybe racing twice this weekend won't be such a disaster!
