Wanted - cheap track crank

I had to finally admit that the sugino rd2 on my beater is not usable anymore...
So looking for something to replace it.

Requirements are:

• Either 130 or 144 BCD
  
• preferably JIS
  
• not so fused about the colour
  
• the cheaper the better!
  
• in London (or willing to post)
