The description is apt if they are creating a bunch of useful content to encourage uptake of cycle adventuring while positioning their brand positively.

They seem like a nice little company, leave them alone.

Does anyone else find it of putting when your looking at a job that the pay isn't listed?

A lot of not particularly well paid job adverts are like that though. Especially ones at aspirational-type workplaces.

There's nothing stopping anyone from asking.
