Tbh it's not viable, you'd have to buy a complete balance bike to chore the bits from, then the cost of the frame. I did contemplate buying a load of parts from Taiwan, and doing a big batch of frames, but life (isen) got in the way.
I think oversized non milk bearing slave may be a better description ;)
