The 32c Continental 4 Seasons had 1/1.5mm gap on the chainstay which is too close for me personally. 28's should be fine for what I want and visually look more balanced, plus have to remember this will be my 'fast' bike so kind of makes sense. Just looking for a 6800 compact chainset and Ti layback seatpost then good to go.
