Ran my highest 1 day distance yesterday - ran about 7.5km at lunch with the little run group we have set up at work and then had committed to 5k with my gf in the evening. Was a bit nervous after last tuesdays lunch run of 9km had left my with very sore knees and hips but it was actually fine, if slow.
