So an ex-con with sweatshop worker skills who has no job having left prison as it's more sustainable to keep using the cheaper prison labour?
They could setup outside of a prison but that would cost more as the roof overhead would be more than 6ft by 8 ft(if they even get that there). Doubt they will break free from poverty unless they plan to dig them out or help jump the fence.
Or am I missing something and the project is aimed at death row?
