I (used to) get similar emails from free energy nutjobs who must've scraped my email somewhere:
Energy, Energy and still Energy! – Newsletter for Physics
– Part II –
This newsletter is only a follow up with more information about energy
and how a form of it can or cannot be converted in other forms.A simple experiment easy to be replicated in the kitchen exemplifies
the conversion of thermal energy in electric energy. Using a simple
can of beer, anyone can observe that a thermodynamic process can
produce a more output in mechanical work if acetone is used as working
fluid instead of water. The amount of mechanical work is dependent on
the amount of liquid transformed into gas and having a fluid with
lower vaporization heat and lower boiling point will allow performing
more work if the same quantity of heat is delivered to the system. If a freon with even lower vaporization and boiling temperature than
acetone is used as working fluid, the yield is further increased.[cropped, it's long as shit]
If a chunk from proton mass is converted into energy, the spin of
proton, its magnetic moment and even the charge distribution must
change!The link to this newsletter:

The sad part is this:
The money necessary for building such prototype are coming from my
mother pension and from my pocket. The history of science has to
mention with bold characters the fact that an old and ill person (my
mother) having a pension of about 350 Euro/month contributed more to
the science than famous academies, universities and other established
public or private institutions/companies from what we call modern
society. He's spending his elderly mother's pension building free energy machines :(
also the unsubscribe buttons that are littered throughout don't work
the website's pretty wild, reminiscent of Time Cube:
We are looking for investors to support a new start up company which is going to use the new Tardin technology for electricity production. You can be one of them even your investment is a couple of thousands euro.
Feed all that text into a Markov chain thing, churn out a few paragraphs and send it back to him?
Eg. feeding that .txt into this http://projects.haykranen.nl/markov/demo/ gives:
