Did you supply correct previous readings? As those are still down as estimates on that bill. So they only seem to have customer supplied present readings.
Dunno. That bill is such a muddle.
The first question I would ask E.ON is whether the meter readings are reasonable given the size and usage of the property. If they are, then it's just the tariff you are on buttfucking you.
The standing charges seem high but I have no idea how that shit works.
