I've never noticed that but inevitably I'll now be going home and holding my watch at various angles and comparing it to other watches.

Been humming and hawing about another G-Shock.
That's just the ticket. Arrives tomorrow.
Cheers!
I'll wear it for Friday.

Anybody interested in a SRPB29, brand new? Looking for £100, will throw in a black and black and red nato's and guaranteed no customs tax. Bought off Creation Watches but just don't get on with it.

Has anyone used the G Shock NATO adapters from Vario?

I did, couldn't get them to fit though. Other people have used them successfully.

Ah bugger!
The Vario ones look the same. Here's some close ups if you want to compare

Ah the Omega is just the sort of thing I'd want, maybe if you have it when I get a new job 😟

I love the Eterna but have to think long and hard if I can justify the expense.

cheers! the Vario ones do look the same to be honest - if they are in stock I might take a punt, the reviews seem fairly positive

Seiko Gundam edition Tunas leaked... not sure if want. (This pic also confirms the Willard reissue underneath, but no pic of that yet.)
Also just found out about the G-Shock Transformers “collabo” where the watch integrates into Optimus Prime, definitely do not want.

Finally got around to ripping this thing open and removing the silver shiny hands. Wanted to wear this again as it’s super thin and easy for riding with. Original hands weren’t easy to read at a glance.
Only spare hands were a surprising suit - off a busted G Shock with analogue display. I think they suit relatively well, and are super easy to read. No second hand, but that is no issue for a beater.

Dare I say it. More suited to the Rotary. 😎

Gonna use the polishing wheel at Timpsons some point and make this scratched shiny case into a brushed one instead. Hopefully dull it down a bit and make it yet more of a utility watch.
Yeah I have that one. I’ve heard the viewing angles on the LCD are a bit better on the non-solar ones, so that might be a reason to go with the cheaper version.
