Or Sapim Force if you prefer your spokes Belgian rather than Swiss.
As long as you prefer your chocolate to be Swiss rather than Belgian, that is fine.

DT are fatter at the elbow, about 15% more cross sectional area. If Sapim were significantly cheaper or easier to get hold of, they would be an acceptable second best, but they aren't.
