I want to get rid of everything and have one bike that suits most of my needs. (mostly communting/touring and a little gravel/off-road).
There's tonnes of stuff that meets that brief, from UK based like Genesis, Pinnacle and Cotic (escapade) to mass-market like Cannondale (CAADX, Topstone), Specialized (Sequoia) to artisan like Isen. Spoilt for choice. Personally I wouldn't try make my life difficult by going niche imported like Salsa.
