  • It shouldn't be doing that after 1 year - having said that, you'd be quids in to replace it with something of better quality - alternatively, prod your vendor for a warranty replacement.

    ETA - Looking at that second link again, I'd say that's a bin job.

  • Make it Condor's problem.
    They've taken your money.
    Meaning that you've consumer rights.
    Consider changing the BB to better quality once Condor have addressed their obligations.
    No real reason for you to be out of pocket over this.
