I don’t think even Scotland could provide the right conditions to hold the Cross Worlds in August...

Plenty of places with sand dunes in Scotland, though maybe not close enough to Glasgow though...

I have no doubt that there are some amazing places to hold a cross race in and around Glasgow, like Irvine (where there was a National Trophy race earlier this season), Auchentoshan, Roukken Glen, etc.

It's holding the CX Worlds in August that I have issue with.
