Something to note is that they replaced based on the current value - or at least did when I claimed a couple of years ago. So if your iPhone is a year old you're not getting a new one.
A mate has it through Lloyds and it's a much better policy.
Other than as an add on through banking or via your home and contents, specific mobile insurance is a pure con, sold by liers, run by cunts. The only exception is decent business level cover - the sort where they courier a new phone the same day sort of stuff.
I have some through my bank Nationwide with the Flexplus account. Worked brialliantly when I lost it on holiday last year.
